| Course and Lesson Hours | The minimum amount of hours per lesson is 1.5 hours or 2 hours. Even if lesson hours are shortened due to the student’s circumstances or contact is made on the day or in advance, this will still be charged as a normal lesson. | If students would like to take group lessons, they must find students at the same level as them. Furthermore, group lessons of 2 students or more are only possible if approval has been received from BOSCH first. | ||

JM&C teachers will provide students with a curriculum tailored to their level and needs. |

| Students should consult with the teacher on the first day to discuss the type of lesson content they want. Once textbooks have been decided by the teacher, they will be sent by JM&C directly to the lesson location. | ||
| Teaching materials will be prepared for each student with the aim of finishing them by the end of the total amount of allocated hours. Buying study materials to use outside of lessons is not allowed. | ||
| Lesson Locations |
Lesson locations are to be prepared by the students.
BOSCH employees can have lessons at their office, their home or JM&C (Gotanda office). Partners of BOSCH employees cannot take lessons at BOSCH and must have lessons at their home or JM&C. Each office has their own rules for where lessons can take place. If the Yokohama Office cafeteria cannot be used, please confirm with the cafeteria schedule on the notice board at the entrance and use a free space or change the day of your lesson etc. |

| 2) Teachers cannot help with personal requests such as hospital or city office matters, accompany students when shopping, and interpretation for school, kindergarten, house repairs etc. | ||
| 3) If students have any special requests, please write them on the application form. | ||
| 4) If contact is made to suddenly change lesson hours from 2 hours to 1.5 hours etc., the original hours will still be charged. Furthermore, if 30 minutes into the lesson has passed and contact cannot be made with the student, the lesson will be treated as a Same Day Cancellation. If a Same Day Cancellation does occur, students should sign the time sheet at the next lesson. | ||
