Thank you very much for taking Japanese lessons with JM&C.

Please find below the attendance and cancellation policy for your lessons:

Cancellation Policy:


Lessons may be cancelled up until 5:00 p.m. on the day before the scheduled lesson (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays) without penalty.
 Cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. will unfortunately be considered forfeited, regardless of the reason.

Changes to Lesson Duration:


If you wish to shorten the lesson after 5:00 p.m. the day before, the originally scheduled time will still be invoiced.
 Example: If a 2-hour lesson is reduced to 1 hour after the cutoff time, you will still be charged for 2 hours.

You are welcome to inform your instructor directly, but we kindly ask that you also send us a confirmation email for our records.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows:


Lessons will end at the originally scheduled time, even if you are late.
If you do not join the lesson within 30 minutes of the start time, it will be treated as a Same Day Cancellation.

Please note: The minimum lesson duration agreed with Bosch HR is 1.5 hours.
